Seafood Supply Company was founded in 1974 by Paul Clark; a young immigrant from Egypt who came to America with his family. Full of energy and determination seeking a better life in America he eventually made his way to Dallas Texas. With no knowledge of seafood, he bought a truck load of Alaskan Crab and Salmon on consignment, processed it, and sold it to Sanger Harris Department store for their restaurant. Through Paul’s hard work and dedication sourcing the freshest seafood the world had to offer, Seafood Supply Company grew into a thriving seafood distributor in the heart of Dallas Texas.
Although Paul passed away in 2018 his legacy lives on through the dedicated employees that he nurtured and taught throughout the years. Celebrating 50 years of service to grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and caterers.
